Fax Utility

The Automated Fax Utility was designed to eliminate all of a practice’s faxing concerns. A practice can automatically fax all pertinent documents to any number of providers or health networks. Notifications of failed faxes are sent to designated staff members to ensure that no document fails to get where it needs to be. Practices will never have to manually fax another visit note from the EHR again, and as a result, practices will increase productivity and efficiency while reducing errors.

FAX LOG: This report shows a log of each encounter and what the current fax status is. Practices will use this report to confirm that documents were faxed and if not, why.

To Be Process Report part of Automated Fax Utitlity by DataTrade Solutions

TO BE PROCESSED: This report shows a list of encounters that are going to be processed on the next process date.

Empty Fax Numbers Report part of Automated Fax Utitlity by DataTrade Solutions

EMPTY NUMBER’S: This report shows where a doctor was selected to receive a copy of the note, but his/her fax number is not in the system.

Fax Nothing Selected Report part of Automated Fax Utitlity by DataTrade Solutions

NOTHING SELECTED: This report shows a list of encounters that where selected to send notes out to the CC provider, but the CC provider was never selected.
