Import Tool

The DataTrade Document Import Tool was designed to meet the needs of medical practices looking for a more efficient and cost effective way to import documents into their EHR system. Some typical documents imported into an EHR system include existing paper medical records, lab results, notes from other physicians, and patient or office forms. Existing EHR modules for document importing are not user-friendly and can be time consuming, cumbersome, and frustrating – scan, view, look up patient information, select document type, then import. With the DataTrade Document Import Tool, simply provide a name for the document, and the tool reads the name of the file and automates the rest – no need for multiple steps.
