Program Adoption Process

The EHR / EMR Program Adoption process in any office is performed on a step-by-step basis by DataTrade Solutions. 

  Step 1: DataTrade Solutions Works with Physician's Office to Determine the Physicians Adoption Order - This involves a number of variables that can vary in importance from office to office. These include the following: location of office, location of staff,  potential office politics, technical ability, willingness to change, and peer pressure. This process involves breaking down the staff into groups and determining which groups will train first and provide feedback on adoption refinements needed.
   
  Step 2: DataTrade Solutions Develops Office Training Materials - This includes: outlines of processes, training and operational manuals, online training, and in-office training. All of which, is geared towards the practice and the specific software EHR / EMR application being used by the office.
   
  Step 3: The Go Live Support Process - This process involves providing the office with a complete support system through the entire software implementation process. DataTrade Solutions Go Live Support process starts with  determining what type of customer support the office prefers: trainers or a separate team of support staff. Then the transitional support process to support the doctors who have already gone live with the software package while supporting at the same time the staff that is currently experiencing the go live training process.
   
  Step 4: The Break After Initial Group - DataTrade Solutions builds in a break in the the training process to make changes to the application or project plan after the initial group or "Super Users" go live. This provides time to gather feedback from the live doctors on the entire proces and software package. This break is used to implement changes, update the training materials and provide any retraining to live doctors before moving forward with training the next group of doctors and/or support staff.
   
  Step 5: Additional Group Training and Support - After the break process has taken place, DataTrade Solutions provides training to additional groups in an order previously agreed to in the Physicians Adoption Order as part of Step1. As each group is trained, the same steps of support and break processes are followed to guarantee implementation success at all levels.
   
  Ongoing C.U.R.E. System Plan - Upon completion of training the practice has the option to purchase DataTrade Solutions C.U.R.E. System. What is C.U.R.E. you may ask? C.U.R.E. is DataTrade Solutions proprietary Customizations, Upgrades, Reporting and Enhancements package that is available to all DataTrade Solutions customers.
